Return & Exchange Requests

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund request. If your return is approved, a refund (less any applicable shipping charges) will be issued to your original method of payment within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at thetastyflavorusa@gmail.com before returning the product.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping. If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
